Private/individual or duet sessions can include working on the Reformer, Stability Chair, Tower, mat, or a combination of any of these. Specific and individualized instruction is given during the private session to best meet your body’s needs. Duet sessions are for only 2 people and provide semi-private instruction at an affordable price.
Breathwork, Pilates mat and reformer movements, yoga, and/or myofascial work tailored to your current goals and needs.
The Reformer is a piece of equipment that uses spring resistance and your own body weight to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.
All level Reformer
A class for all who want to improve core and muscle strength, flexibility and balance. A total body workout utilizing the Tower and the Reformer.
Reformer Mobility + Balance
A slower paced class for developing good technique and stability. It is designed to establish core strength and mobility. Props will be incorporated to add variety. Great for recovery workouts, seniors and those who want to improve their movements and balance.
For experienced clients who want more variety, using the Reformer, Tower, Stability Chair and various other props to provide a full body workout.
This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice. The combination of gentle hatha and restorative work improves flexibility, balance, strength and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress.
A non-traditional Tai Chi class using the Moving for Better Balance evidence-based fall prevention 8 forms. Increase balance, muscle strength, flexibility and mobility while also reducing stress and improving memory and cognition.
